Great pizza and catering. Bowling had issues that they fixed quickly.
I'm a bigger guy and so I had a small issue with the go-karts. Justin is the operations manager and was unaware of the fact that they had seat belts extenders. So I asked for a refund from Daniella and told her the reason why and she's like we have seat belt extenders. Overall great place to hang out for hours on end. I bought the $40 4 hour attraction pass and ended up riding the go-karts about 40 to 50 times and I want to say thanks to all the staff there very friendly very helpful and I couldn't say thanks enough to how they handled my situation. Again above and beyond and just amazing staff.
This place is the best! We went there for a recent party for my daughter and her friends and they had a great time! The staff was also great and very accommodating, especially the management! Cadey was great!! Thank you for a great experience!!!
Took a youth group to Boondocks last week and the Group Events Manager Laura was amazing to work with! She showed all available pricing and options for groups. Unfortunately we misunderstood one of the group pass options, which led to a few issues, but Laura and the management group worked with us and really helped us out. We were able to have an amazing time! Will definitely be coming back.
