Yes. Teens can race go-karts, play laser tag, try the ropes course with its zip-line, bowl, and play arcade games, with a restaurant and bar on site for group meals. Boondocks also hosts teen birthday parties, sports team parties, school and church outings, after proms, and grad nights. Passes are available for 4 hours or all day.

Yes. There is no admission fee, so adults can walk in, eat, drink, and pay only for the attractions they use. Adults can bowl, race go-karts, play laser tag, play mini golf, and play arcade games, with cocktails, mocktails, and beer at the bar. Boondocks also hosts adult birthdays, company parties, and team-building events. It is a mixed-age venue, so expect children and teens, especially on weekends, school breaks, and during birthday party hours. Weekday visits and evenings tend to be quieter.

Yes. Dinner, drinks, and games you play together make it a casual, active date. Bowling, go-karts, laser tag, and mini golf add friendly competition, and Food & Fun combos pair a meal with arcade play. The Parker VIP Suite adds eight luxury lanes, billiards, fireside seating, and lane-side food and drink service in a more upscale setting. Weekday evenings and later hours tend to be quieter, with fewer kids and teens around. A 4-Hour pass covers most dates, and single-use attractions work for a shorter night.

Draper and Kaysville in Utah and Northglenn and Parker in Colorado each offer bowling, an arcade, go-karts, laser tag, mini golf, bumper boats, a ropes course, and a restaurant. Bumper boats close for the winter at every location.

Indoor activities are bowling, laser tag, XD Dark Ride (not available in Northglenn), the arcade, and the restaurant and bar. Parker also has the VIP Suite which includes bowling, billiards, and fireside seating. Go-karts, mini golf, bumper boats, and the ropes course are outdoors. Outdoor attractions must be dry to operate, may close below 30 degrees, and bumper boats close for the winter. The All-Day Indoor Pass and 4-Hour Indoor Pass each include $20 in arcade play, and outdoor attractions can be added on if they open.

Yes. Several Boondocks attractions have minimum heights, and some also have maximum heights, weight limits, or age rules for who can accompany a child. Bowling, mini golf, and the arcade have no height or age requirements.

Road Track go-karts

• Minimum height for drivers is 58".
• Minimum height for passengers is 40".
• A passenger must ride with a driver who is at least 18 or the passenger’s parent or legal guardian.

Rookie Track go-karts

• Minimum height is 48" and maximum height is 58".

Bumper boats

• Minimum height for drivers is 44".
• Minimum height for passengers is 40".
• A passenger must ride with a driver who is at least 18 or the passenger’s parent or legal guardian.

Ropes course

• Guests participate individually at a minimum height of 4' and a maximum height of 6'8".
• Guests under 4' whose harness fits securely must be accompanied by an adult.
• Maximum weight is 300 lbs.
• Shoes are required, with no flip flops or open-heel shoes.

Laser tag

• Minimum height is 40".

XD Dark Ride (not available in Northglenn)

• Minimum height is 40".
• Videos are rated E for Everyone and E10+. E10+ videos may include mild violence, suggestive themes, minimal blood, or crude humor.

Tips for planning

• Younger children: A child who reaches 40 inches can play laser tag, ride the XD Dark Ride, and ride as a passenger in a bumper boat or Road Track go-kart.
• Moving between tracks: At 48 inches, children can drive the Rookie Track. At 58 inches, they can move up to the Road Track.
• Closed-toe shoes: Wear them on visit days when the ropes course is on your list.
• Bumper boats: They close for the winter.

Height is checked on site, so ask your location if a guest is close to a limit.

Plan for 4 to 6 hours for a standard visit with several attractions, arcade play, and a meal. A quick stop for one or two activities takes 1 to 2 hours, and a birthday party takes roughly 3 to 5 hours.

• 4-Hour Pass: The timer does not start until your first attraction, and Boondocks adds 30 extra minutes to cover lines, so it fits most standard visits.
• All-Day Pass: It costs only $10 more and removes the clock, which suits groups that repeat favorites, take long meal breaks, or stay after a party.

No. General visits, dining, arcade play, and standard bowling lanes do not require a reservation, and you can buy passes at the counter or online. Reservations are required for birthday parties (with a deposit) and for groups of 10 or more, who also get group rates.

• Attractions: All are first-come, first-served, including for event and birthday guests.
• Catered events: Reservations are required (with deposit) and should be booked at least 7 days ahead.
• Event space: Reservations are required (with deposit) and should be booked at least 7 days in advance. Private rooms seat 190 to 360 guests depending on the location, with A/V equipment included in the rental fee.
• Events without food: Book at least 7 days ahead for best availability. Booking up to 24 hours ahead is possible, pending availability.
• Parker VIP Suite: Book at least 7 days in advance to rent the entire suite. Individual lane reservations are accepted up to 7 days in advance. Deposit required.

Hours vary by location and day, so confirm that your location is open to the public before you go.

The general rule of thumb is to visit Boondocks on a weekday for the shortest lines.

A typical visit costs roughly $45 to $75 per person for 4 hours of entertainment, a meal, and some arcade play. There is no admission fee, so you can spend less by paying per attraction.

There is no cost to enter the park. Guests pay for what they would like to participate in or consume.

Boondocks offers three passes: the Ultimate Pass, the Attraction Pass, and the Indoor Pass. Each is available as an All-Day or 4-Hour option.

Passes cannot be shared, so every guest needs their own wristband. 

All Boondocks pricing is listed as a discounted cash price. A 3.5% increase applies to every card payment, whether you pay in part or in full.

A Fun Card and a Wristband serve different purposes at Boondocks. When you purchase a Pass,
your attraction access is loaded onto an RFID wristband, which you scan at each attraction for entry.

A Fun Card is used for Arcade Play and Single-Use Attractions. Simply tap your Fun Card at arcade games
or attractions to play. Any tickets won from arcade games are automatically linked to your Fun Card,
which you can redeem for prizes at the Redemption Counter.

You can also add dollar value to your Fun Card and use it for arcade play, attraction passes, food, and
beverages!

The time will not start counting down on your 4-Hour Pass until your card is used at your first attraction. We know that lines can sometimes get a little long, so we have also added an extra 30 minutes of time onto your card to help account for some of that wait time!

No, Passes cannot be shared between guests, which is why each guest must have a wristband.

To redeem the free pass for your birthday, a pass of equal or lesser value must also be purchased. We recognize that it can be hard to come in on your exact birthday, so we will award the free pass within 7 days of your birthday. We do require government issued proof to honor the free pass; for guests that do not have a valid ID or Driver's license, we will accept a photo of a birth certificate or other government issued document that shows the birthday.

You can still have a full visit. The restaurant and indoor attractions stay open during normal park hours: bowling, laser tag, XD Dark Ride (excluding Northglenn), the arcade, and the bar. Outdoor attractions must be dry to operate, may close for bad weather, and may close below 30 degrees.

• Pass choice: The All-Day Indoor Pass covers a full day indoors with $20 in arcade play, and you can add outdoor attractions if the weather clears. The 4-Hour Indoor Attraction Pass is a shorter option.
• Tip: Do indoor activities first and decide on the outdoor add-on later. Indoor lines may be longer on rainy days.

Yes! Our bumper boats close for the winter season, while all other outdoor attractions operate weather
permitting and must be dry to function. If the temperature falls below 30 degrees, outdoor attractions
may be closed. 

If outdoor attractions close, Boondocks may issue a rain check for Ultimate Pass and Attraction Pass guests at management's discretion, depending on the length of the closure.
