I visited recently with friends and family and children. The staff was absolutely amazing. Maddox on bumperboats was so helpful and patient with all of us. He really did make our experience great.
Update: Brought my kids in, and at the Ticket Counter Jasiah she was very helpful and polite, Joaquin at the restaurant helped us get our order in and was very accommodating.

We had a great time! Food was great and I absolutely loved the Tuesday deal! You can't beat 4 hours of play, $20 arcade, and a meal for $45! Your time doesnt start until your band is scanned so I recommend finding the longest line and starting there. We will be back!

Had a great time today! What really made it the best was Cydney at the Dark Ride. The line was extremely long because outside was closed but Cydney was moving the line as quickly as possible while taking the time to ask each guest about their days. When we spoke to her she made my daughter feel amazing. She got down on her level, helped her with her seat belt, and because we were at the front of the line she helped her pick out the best game for her. Overall, she was wonderful. The glasses were huge on her which was a problem Boondocks needs to get kid sized glasses.
