We met up with family there when we were visiting from out of state this week. We bought the 4 hour indoor attraction passes with entree upgrades for all 7 of us. Lunch service was pretty slow but our server was really nice. Xavier at the XD ride was very friendly and personable. I actually spoke to the manager, Rodney, about how great his customer service was! Rodney was very professional and seemed super invested in his employees growth and development. I was also impressed with Cydney at the prize counter. She was so kind and patient with all the kids’ indecisiveness. Overall a positive experience and a great value for your money!
It was super fun going here! I loved the water one and the driving one!! All the staff were super duper nice and although it was super hot the day we went we still had smiles the whole way through!
First time and took my daughter. We had a great time doing all the activities with the 4 hour activity pass and $20 arcade. Spent all four hours and had a couple snacks. Seemed reasonably priced for the activities which were fully staffed. The laser tag had to have an employee called over to open but that was a great laser tag space - I was very impressed.
I was here recently for a work event and I just want to say Elliott and the cooks in the kitchen went above and beyond for me! I am celiac and I noticed that there were no safe gluten free options for me, not even the salad since it had croutons mixed in already. Elliot overheard my concern and immediately informed me that they could make me my own salad and personal gluten free pizza! I was so relived! Elliott brought me my salad within minutes and the cooks whipped up my gluten free pizza so fast and it was SO delicious! I am not much of a “fun park” type of person but I will be coming back for the great service and delicious gluten free pizza! Thanks!
