Yes! Our bumper boats close for the winter season, though all other outside attractions are weather permitting and have to be dry to operate. After snow storms, we work as quickly as possible to clear the attractions of snow and ice to get them reopened as quickly as possible. It is always best to call the location you wish to visit following any storms to inquire about attractions status.

In the event our outside attractions have to close due to bad weather, rest assured that our restaurant and indoor attractions are still open!

We take reservations for birthday parties and groups of 10 or more guests, though we do not take reservations for general admission.

Boondocks generally does not have any coupons we offer, though we have certain promotions available year-round and also offer special sales periodically to our Email Club. We have our Food & Fun Combos that provide food and $20 in Arcade Play at a discount. Thumbs Up Thursday is available every Thursday from open to close and provides $10 off the 4 Hour Attraction Pass and Large Single-topping Pizzas for $14! Join our Email Club today to stay informed on special sales!

To redeem the free pass for your birthday, a pass of equal or lesser value must also be purchased. We recognize that it can be hard to come in on your exact birthday, so we will award the free pass within 7 days of your birthday. We do require government issued proof to honor the free pass; for guests that do not have a valid ID or Driver's license, we will accept a photo of a birth certificate or other government issued document that shows the birthday.

Your Fun Card is your access to FUN! Arcade Play, Single-Use Attractions, and 4 Hour Attraction Passes are all loaded onto Fun Cards for use, you then tap your card at the attraction or arcade game you wish to play. Any tickets won from playing arcade games will automatically be associated with your Fun Card, which you can take to the Redemption counter to redeem for prizes! You can also load dollar value onto the Fun Card which can be used to purchase anything from arcade play, to attraction passes, to food or beverage!

The time will not start counting down on your 4 Hour Attraction Pass until your card is used at your first attraction. We know that lines can sometimes get a little long, so we have also added an extra 30 minutes of time onto your card to help account for some of that wait time!

You need your Fun Card to tap at the turnstile of each attraction to verify that you still have time remaining. The wristband validates the Fun Card.

No, 4 Hour Attraction Passes cannot be shared between guests, which is why each guest must have a wristband to accompany their Fun Card.

The general rule of thumb is to visit Boondocks on a weekday for the shortest lines.
